akyra Sukhumvit Bangkok to Open December

Akaryn Hotel Group has confirmed that the
50-room akyra Sukhumvit Bangkok, located on Sukhumvit Soi 20, will open in December 2017.

The launch of akyra Sukhumvit
Bangkok at the end of the year follows the recent opening of akyra Thonglor Bangkok – another stylish property comprising 148 studios
and one to three-bedroom suites.

“Everything Bangkok has to offer is
packed into this renowned part of Sukhumvit,” said Anchalika Kijkanakorn (pictured), Founder and Managing Director of Akaryn
Hotel Group.. Our two akyra properties offer distinct urban
experiences, but each one is also defined by the strong sense of
style and independence that sets the akyra brand apart from other
hotels. The aim is to make a stay with akyra far more than a room
to sleep in at night, yet being one of the highlights of the
overall Bangkok experience.”

Rooms at akyra Sukhumvit Bangkok measure between 30-60 square metres in
size, with some featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide
open onto a balcony.

Craft cocktails
and light bites will be served at the hotel’s
rooftop space, a pool bar with sun loungers and cabanas. The
area will cater for up to 100 people, both in-house
guests and outside visitors, with live music and entertainment.

 The rooftop will also
feature a multi-purpose function room to host gatherings, private
dinners and VIP receptions.

On the ground floor, guests will be able to
enjoy a casual dining experience with the signature akyra gourmet
breakfast and a choice of Thai dishes, healthy salads,
pastas and desserts.
