Bourne Leisure has unveiled developments on its agent website, geared towards offering a more seamless experience for agents.
Agents can now browse content quickly, without navigating away from previous pages. Essential information has been prioritised through the homepage carousal to communicate multiple messages to agents emphasising timely promotions, incentives, educationals and offers.
A central component of the new website is the new agent log in box that provides new agents with the ability to register and gain access to the site more easily.
The improved functionality of the website has been overlayed with a design highlighting the company’s selling tools including personalised posters, free online training and an interactive map featuring all of Butlin’s, Haven’s and Warner Leisure Hotel’s 52 properties – for agents to show customers as a helpful guide.
The new homepage buttons have also been added to provide short descriptions for each promotion. Agents are able to use the site as a one stop resource centre from downloading the latest offers, ordering free point of sale leaflets and booking a break on the user friendly booking sites.
